Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Social Publishing Studio for preparing and, when officially enabled, publishing original social-media content.
1. The service
Social Publishing Studio is a workflow for organizing original editorial media, preparing platform-specific text, and sending authorized publication requests to supported social platforms. The 8 Ways to Wear project is one intended use of the service.
The current deployed Pages bundle is a static media archive. Social publishing integrations are not currently implemented in this repository and may remain unavailable until the required official platform approvals and account connections are completed.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
You may use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement and are permitted to use the connected social accounts. You must not use the service to violate a platform's terms, impersonate another person, infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, or attempt to bypass platform reviews, limits, or safety controls.
3. Voluntary account connections
Connecting a TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Page, Pinterest account, or other supported account is voluntary. You authorize only the scopes and destinations you choose. Do not provide passwords or tokens in chat, source files, public URLs, or media metadata.
You may disconnect an account through the service when that control is available or by revoking the app's authorization on the relevant platform.
4. Content and publication responsibility
You are responsible for the content you submit, the rights you have to use it, the accuracy of captions and claims, and compliance with each platform's rules. You are also responsible for choosing the correct destination account, Page, board, visibility, and publication settings.
A publication request is not a guarantee that a platform will accept, display, or keep the content online. Platform decisions, moderation, processing delays, rate limits, and API changes remain outside the service's control.
5. Authorization to publish
The service may submit content only when the relevant account has been connected and the required authorization is active. The service must not publish publicly while publishing is disabled or while destination verification is incomplete. An account owner can revoke authorization at any time.
6. Availability and limitations
The service is provided subject to availability of Cloudflare Pages, Codex/ChatGPT ImageGen when used for generation, and the official APIs and systems of connected platforms. Features may be limited by account type, geographic availability, app review, audit requirements, quotas, platform policy, or technical failures.
7. Errors and duplicate prevention
The service records non-sensitive outcomes and is designed to avoid resubmitting content that already has a provider post identifier. If a result is uncertain, do not assume that a publication failed or succeeded; verify the platform state before retrying. A failed platform should not by itself determine the outcome on another platform.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights in content you provide, subject to the rights granted to the relevant platforms when you publish. The Social Publishing Studio name, interface, and workflow materials may not be copied or misused without permission.
9. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including integrations, when platform requirements or operational needs change. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
